Shoppers see this in Roomwise. We review new stores before they appear, usually within two business days.
Import a spreadsheet
Save your price list as CSV (in Excel or Numbers: File › Export › CSV), then choose it below. Rows with the same sku as an existing product update it.
Columns
- type
- The kind of product, from the list in the template (for example
floor-lvpor “Luxury vinyl plank”). Required. - title
- Your product's name, as shoppers should see it. Required.
- price
- Price for one unit, in dollars. Required.
- unit
- What one unit is: box, gallon, piece, roll… Defaults to the usual unit for the type.
- coverage
- What one unit covers: square feet (linear feet for trim, 1 for doors). Defaults to a typical figure; please give your own.
- sku
- Your own product code, so later imports update instead of duplicating.
- size
- For example 24 × 24 in. Optional, but shoppers can filter by it.
- brand, description, image_url, in_stock
- Optional. in_stock is yes or no.
Keep it in sync automatically
Keep your price list in a Google Sheet, or anywhere with a link to a CSV file. Roomwise re-reads it every night and updates your prices and stock.
How to set it up
- Use the same columns as the template above. Rows with a type are added or updated.
- A plain export from your shop system (Square, Shopify and others) with SKU, price and quantity works too: it updates the price and stock of products you've already added with the same SKU.
- In Google Sheets: Share › General access › Anyone with the link (Viewer), then Copy link and paste it below.
